Subscription Plans and Billing
Chronos Marketing Agency offers the following subscription plan:
$299/month (or $249/month billed annually at $2,988/year): Includes all services listed above, including functional website and hosting, 5-star review funnel, SEO optimization, automated lead follow-up, and missed call text back, plus full access to our marketing platform.
Customers may choose between monthly or annual billing at their preference. All subscription fees are billed in advance of the service period and automatically renewed until canceled. Payment is securely collected via credit or debit card through Stripe.

Usage-Based Charges
Clients on eligible plans will have access to a digital wallet to cover usage-based charges associated with phone numbers, SMS and MMS messaging, voice calls, and number intelligence services. Rates are as follows:
Phone Numbers: Local: $1.15/month | Toll-Free: $2.15/month
SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079/segment (inbound and outbound)
MMS (US/Canada): $0.02 outbound | $0.01 to $0.02 inbound
Voice Calls: $0.0180/min outbound | $0.0085 to $0.0220/min inbound
Number Intelligence: $0.005 to $0.01 per function
When your wallet balance runs low, your account will be automatically topped up based on your selected auto-top-up preference.

Chronos Marketing Agency reserves the right to submit evidence of contract acceptance, platform usage, and service delivery in response to any dispute. If a chargeback is filed fraudulently, Chronos Marketing Agency may pursue recovery of the amount owed plus any associated legal or collection fees.

Delivery of Services
Services are considered rendered and fulfilled once the client's website has been completed and delivered and platform setup and automation configuration has been finalized. Login assistance and onboarding support may be provided but are not a prerequisite for fulfillment.

Payment Failures and Service Suspension
If a payment fails, Chronos Marketing Agency will attempt to process the payment up to four times over a three-week period. If the balance remains unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, your account and platform access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Free Trials and Promotions
Chronos Marketing Agency may occasionally offer free trials or promotional pricing. During a trial period, limited setup may occur for onboarding purposes. Full services are only considered rendered once billing has begun. Promotional pricing does not modify any other terms of this agreement.
